韶关市浈江区美澳英语培训中心简介

美澳教育机构由韶关市浈江区美澳英语培训中心、博睿培训中心，韶关市武江区美澳教育培训中心、朝阳美澳英语教育培训中心构成；创办于2005年，目前拥有中、外教职工90人，是韶关地区最大的文化类课外培训机构。 

       美澳教育核心业务是外语学习、出国留学外语培训、出国留学和游学业务等相关项目，致力于为韶关地区中小学生提供优质的多元化、具有全球视野课外教育。 

       May-Ow Education Center was set up in 2005, offering courses in English, Chinese and math for all grades in primary, junior high and high school students, extracurricular training included, entitled the largest training center in Shaoguan.

       Consisting of three teaching sites, namely Zhonggang, Xiangbin, and Chaoyang, May-Ow covers an area of 5,000 square meters. Each classroom is equipped with multimedia teaching equipment, among which Zhonggang and Chaoyang also provide the reading areas and multifunctional display platform.

       May-Ow recruits over 70 full-time teachers plus 6 foreign teachers. Experienced staff and stabile team tremendously guarantee our quality.

       Superior and professional extra teaching can be available here, due to which, many a student has made great progress in study based on their good learning habits developed with the help of May-Ow.

     朱筱梅（Julie）校长 创办人,1988年开始从事英语教育工作，在全日制公立中学担任14年英语教师，积累了丰富的英语教学经验。从1997年至2001年，朱老师知道学生8人分获《全国中学生英语能力竞赛》一、二、三奖。

    2000年，朱老师利用暑假赴美旅游机会，接触到美国基础教育中英语母语教学；2002年，朱老师辞去公立学校职务，到美国加州州立大学海沃分校（现东湾分校）学习《美国语言课程》，期间，学习了美语语言、语音教学，并在美国当地小学担任助教。

    2005年，朱老师创办美澳英语培训中心。美澳成立之初，就强化社会责任意识，把学员和家长的利益放在首位；把提高学员的学习能力和学习效率作为己任。在具体的学校管理上，朱老师结合本地实际情况，积极在实践中探索、在小学教学中引入语音教学；组织优秀教师编写适合本地中、小学英语课外学习系列教材，极大拓宽了我市广大中、小学生课外学习英语的渠道。

    2012年，朱老师当选为浈江区教育学会副会长及浈江区民办教育机构委员会常务理事。严谨的工作态度加上科学的教学方法，使美澳英语培训中心在短短的几年内发展成为韶关市最有影响力，开设英语、语文、数学，涵盖高中、初中、小学的课外培训机构。 

     Julie, ,Principal of May-Ow Education Center, became an ESL instructor in 1988 after graduating in English Education. She has taught in public schools in Shaoguan for 14 years and she has plenty of experience teaching English. From 1997 to 2001, with the help of Julie, there were altogether 8 students getting 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in NEPCS (National English Proficiency Competition for Middle School Students). 

    In the year 2000, Julie toured the U.S. and had the opportunities to watch how ESL instructors teach in local schools, which inspired her a lot, leading to her resignation in public school in 2002. After resignation, Julie went to CSUEB (California State University East Bay) where she studied American Language Program. Also, she got the opportunity to be a TA (Teaching Assistant) after she completed the program and achieved the certificate successfully. 

    In the year 2005, Julie founded May-Ow Education Center and at the very beginning, she had raised the awareness of social responsibility, placed the interests of students and their parents in the first place and regarded the learners’ ability and efficiency as her own duties. As for management at May-Ow, Julie felt her way to make teaching English better and she also introduced phonetic as a main way to teach English beginners. In the meantime, additional English learning packets and textbooks were designed by experienced ESL instructors at May-Ow, which offers a lot of ways for students in Shaoguan to learn English better. 

    In the year 2012, Julie was elected Vice President of Education Institute in Zhenjiang District, Shaoguan, together with Committee Executive Director among private education institutes. Owing to the staff’s meticulous working attitudes and responsibilities for the students, May-Ow has earned a good reputation, which enables itself to develop into the most popular one in Shaoguan within several years.
